Discussion:

The frontal system pushing across southeastern China has finally reached Wutip, and the tropical cyclone’s circulation has very rapidly broken down as a result. Radar imagery indicates that the circulation has become very sharply elongated from southwest to northeast, with most of the associated convection spreading out across the frontal boundary. Although there still is a low-level circulation present and it could be argued that Wutip is still a distinct (but post-tropical) entity, the system is decaying so quickly that the circulation will likely dissipate outright in the next few hours, so it is being declared dissipated now.

The remnants of Wutip should race east-northeastward into the East China Sea, where they should lose their identity.
This is the last advisory on Wutip.
