Discussion:
Fengshen has dissipated about as quickly as anything I’ve ever seen in this basin. There are no signs that the system has a closed circulation, and there is very little convection associated with it. It is also not distinguishable from the cold surge flow on satellite imagery or in scatterometer data. With Fengshen no longer an identifiable entity, it’s time to close the book on it.
