Discussion:

Bualoi has reached the finish line of the Western Pacific basin, as its rapidly broadening circulation has crossed into northeastern Myanmar. Although a substantial amount of convection remains, it is mostly located along a monsoon trough extending from the Bay of Bengal over Myanmar and Thailand, with little convection near the estimated center. Bualoi’s circulation center is quickly becoming untrackable as it begins to interact with a broad low pressure area located in the Bay of Bengal (Invest 91B). Bualoi should decay into a trough by tonight as it merges with 91B’s large circulation.

This is the last advisory on Bualoi.
