Discussion:

Multiple scatterometer passes since the previous advisory indicate that TD 92W is not only no longer producing any winds stronger than 15 kts, it also no longer has a closed circulation. Although there is some broad cloud rotation centered almost directly over Okinawa, along with some fragmented convective bands, 15 kt winds aren’t going to cut it for a tropical cyclone. This is the last advisory. Although 92W has dissipated, the convection will likely persist for another couple of days before the system merges with the low-level flow.

This is the last advisory on 92W.
