Discussion:
Well, that sure didn’t take long! Tropical Depression 15W has been devoid of convection for the past 12 hours or so, and satellite imagery indicates its circulation has become ill-defined and appears to have opened up into a trough. It is unclassifiable with the Dvorak technique and all of the automated estimates have bottomed out, so there’s not much left to say.
This is the last advisory on 15W.
