Discussion:

The depression made landfall on the Leizhou Peninsula south of Zhanjiang at around 0530 UTC according to radar data. Since then, 03W has lost what little structure it had, and the circulation has become very poorly defined. Most of the associated convection is sheared well to the southwest of the estimated center, and it is becoming difficult to distinguish the depression from a frontal trough located just to the north. Therefore, 03W is no longer a tropical cyclone and this is the last advisory. The remnants of 03W should continue to move further inland and lose their identity over the next few hours.

This is the last advisory on 03W.
